When will I receive my order?

Hello and thanks for ordering with us! Orders are shipped from our fulfillment warehouse in Florida. The team ships Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays. Pooch Mode products ship 1-3 days after being ordered. With USPS your order will be delivered to you and your pooch in 5-7 business days via USPS.

If you are unable to receive USPS packages or would prefer to use FedEx or UPS, please email contact@poochmode.com. Please note: additional shipping charges will apply.

What if my package is delayed?

Hey there! We know waiting for your package can be tough, especially if it's delayed. Our main shipping partner, the US Postal Service, can sometimes face high volumes, which can lead to delays. But don't worry, if your package seems stuck or hasn't shown any movement within 10 days of its last scan, just reach out to us. We'll sort it out with either a replacement or store credit. Hang in there – most delayed packages find their way to you within that time frame!

What if my package is labeled as delivered but I have not received it?

Hey there! If it seems like your package has gone missing, don't worry – it's usually one of a few common scenarios:

  • It might have accidentally ended up at a neighbor's place.
  • Sometimes, the delivery person might have left it in a different spot than usual on your property.
  • Occasionally, the shipping carrier marks a package as delivered before it's actually dropped off.
  • Your package could also be waiting for you to pick it up at the local Post Office, but the notice slip got misplaced or wasn't left.

In most cases, about 9 times out of 10, the "lost" package magically reappears within a few days. But if it's been 10 days since the expected delivery date and your package is still MIA, just give us a shout. We'll sort you out with a replacement or store credit, no problem!

What is your return policy?

At Pooch Mode, we've got your back with every single product we offer. If you're not completely thrilled, we're here to make it right!

Here's the scoop on returns:

  • Send back unused, unwashed items in their shiny new condition.
  • Return within 30 days of the original ship date, and we'll give you a full refund minus shipping.
  • Return within 31-60 days, and we'll hook you up with store credit.
  • Sorry, but we can't accept returns after 60 days.

Quick heads-up: Shipping costs are non-refundable. You'll need to cover the return shipping unless we goofed up and sent you the wrong thing or it arrived damaged. In that case, we'll take care of the return label hassle-free.

How do I exchange an item?

We are thrilled to announce that we now offer direct exchanges to make your shopping experience even more convenient. However, if you wish to exchange an item for a different color or a new product altogether, you can return any new, unused item for a refund and place an order for the new item that you would like instead.

Will Pooch Mode styles fit my dogs that are not pugs or bulldogs

Of course! It's simply important to keep in mind that sizing for bandanas and necklaces are specifically designed for with thicker necks, and will run a bit bigger, so check out the size chart to measure your furbaby accordingly!
